The Aylmer Heritage Association's offices are located at 495 Aylmer Road (entrance from rue du Golf) in the former 1827 Hull Township Methodist Chapel. This municipally-owned historic building is believed to be the oldest stone church in Quebec west of Montreal, and is understood to be the oldest building in the Ville de Gatineau. The Association is proud to operate its Archives & Heritage Resource Centre at the Old Chapel, open to the public three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm, or by appointment.
